• The charges follow DA Mary Carmack-Altweis’s announcement to prosecute the case, which stems from the fatal shooting that occurred at the Bonzana Creek Ranch near Santa Fe on October 21, 2021. The DA filed a 10-page statement of probable cause on Tuesday, supporting the charges against Baldwin and Gutierrez-Reed.
