• A known burglar with a long rap sheet was caught in actor Robert De Niro’s NYC townhouse attempting to steal Christmas presents.
• According to the New York Post, 30-year-old Shanice Aviles snuck into De Niro’s townhouse through a staircase, and was caught by NYPD officers who’d noticed her previously trying to break into multiple commercial buildings.
• De Niro and family were at home, but had no idea the break-in was in progress. Charges are pending against Aviles, who sources tell the Post has more than 26 previous arrests.
