President Biden announced Sunday that he’s directed an “independent review of the national security” at former President Trump’s rally to “assess exactly what happened,” and he plans to share the results publicly.
Biden also said he has directed the Secret Service to provide “every resource, capability and protective measure” needed to protect Trump. He said the Secret Service will review security protocols for the Republican National Convention that starts on Monday.
