- President Donald Trump’s 100th nominee was confirmed in May 2019, outpacing the Obama administration and about two-and-a-half months longer than Biden.
- The Biden administration has secured confirmations for 30 appeals court judges, 69 district court judges, and one associate justice to the Supreme Court.
