#Bidenflation Showing Up In Shipping, FedEx Plans To Shut 29 Freight Locations

Trucking giant Federal Express is feeling the recession’s pinch.

The Star News Network is reporting from Tennessee that a “weaker demand environment” is forcing Memphis-based FedEx to close 29 freight locations as part of its plan to cut more than $1 billion in expenses.

The company will furlough certain employees for at least three months.
