Former CIA official Michael Morell, who testified that he orchestrated the letter in which 51 intel operatives claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation, promoted the letter as a chance to provide a “talking point to push back on” President Trump during the 2020 debate.
Informed of this, former CIA Director John Brennan replied to Morell, “Ok, Michael, add my name to the list. Good initiative. Thanks for asking me to sign on.”
The email exchange between Morell and Brennan would seem to confirm recent revelations that the laptop letter was a political operation by intel officials to help elect Biden.
