Legendary singer-songwriter Billy Joel canceled four months worth of scheduled performances Tuesday due to challenges with his health.
“Billy Joel’s upcoming concert dates will be rescheduled due to a medical condition,” a statement on the star’s official Instagram page reads. “The current tour will be postponed for four months to allow him to recover from recent surgery and to undergo physical therapy under the supervision of his doctors.”
Fans were reassured that the famous singer and pianist is working toward his return.
“Joel is expected to make a full recovery,” the post continued.
