  • California GOP congressional candidate Michael Maher said that the Biden administration’s failures have resulted in suffering for Americans.
  • In an interview on Monday, Maher said, “We’re a first world nation and I’m running on third world issues: basic public safety, basic infrastructure for clean water for some of our rural communities and reliable energy policies.”
  • In the race for California’s 21st district against incumbent Democratic Rep. Jim Costa, Maher lags in recent polls by roughly one point.
