California Republicans To Force Floor Vote To Stop Electric Vehicle Mandate

  • House Republicans are preparing to initiate a floor vote on a standalone bill aimed at preventing Democratic-led states like California from implementing proposed electric vehicle (EV) mandates.
  • The scheduled vote in the House pertains to the “Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act,” a legislative proposal authored by Rep.
