- Nima Momeni, who is accused of killing Bob Lee, stabbed the Cash App founder with a kitchen knife in an attack that city prosecutors described as “planned” and “deliberate” in court documents NBC Bay Area released Friday.
- Shortly before the murder, the two men argued over the suspect’s married sister, Khazar, before Momeni reportedly drove Lee to a “secluded area” of the city, stabbed him three times and fled, leaving Lee “to slowly die,” the documents alleged.
- Hours before his murder, Nima had grilled Lee about his relationship with Khazar, who is married to a prominent local plastic surgeon, demanding to know whether she’d been ‘doing drugs’ or anything ‘inappropriate’ while spending time with him.
