- Rupert Murdoch is stepping down from his position as Fox Corporation chairman and News Corp. executive chairman, and his son, Lachlan Murdoch, will take over both positions, the 92-year-old media mogul said Thursday.
- Murdoch said he is in good health and will officially make the transition in November.
