Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson clashed with a reporter at a press conference on Friday over their use of the term “illegal aliens.”
Mayor Johnson, who was leading the press conference alongside Democratic members of Congress, told the reporter they were using “racist, nasty language.”
“The legal term for my people were slaves, you want me to use that term too?” the mayor asked when the reporter pushed back.
