Concerning New Trend In Illegal Crossings: They’re Not Latinos

  • U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered a group of 100 migrants on Tuesday in California.
  • The San Diego Sector agents intercepted the group about half a mile east of the Border Field State Park in San Diego at around 2:00 a.m. local time, according to a press release by the agency.
  • The agency added that the group consisted of migrants coming from South America, Africa, and Asia. The CPB listed their nationalities as follows: Somalia (37), India (17), Cameroon (8), Senegal (7), Mauritania (7), Afghanistan (6), Ethiopia (6), Pakistan (4), Burkina, Faso (3), Brazil (3), Guinea (1), Tobago (1).
