Court Pauses Order To Make Graham Testify On 2020 Elections In Georgia

Decision was issued Sunday by a federal appeals court

  • Graham is arguing in his challenge to Fulton County subpoena that Constitution’s Speech or Debate Clause would apply.
  • The 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals reportedly instructed a district court judge to consider whether the county grand jury subpoena  should be modified to follow either clause.
  • U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May last week refused to dismiss subpoena or allow for a stay while Graham appealed her order.
  • Graham was scheduled to testify on Tuesday
  • Grand jury investigation on matter bering led by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
