Delaware Bill To Drop Voting Age So Teens Can Pick School Board Members

The legislation, if passed, would change the minimum voting age to 16 for school board elections.

  • Other public school elections like referendums would still restrict voting to those 18 and older.
  • The new bill is primarily sponsored by state Rep. Eric Morrison, a Democrat.
