- Podesta and two colleagues resigned because they claimed that the “safety and wellbeing of Twitter’s users are on the decline” under Elon Musk’s ownership.
- Musk apparently has no patience with this argument. He tweeted a response to their joint resignation: “It is a crime that they refused to take action on child exploitation for years!”
