• A Denny’s sign in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, fell on a car Thursday and killed a woman inside.
• Lillian Curtis, 72, was killed when the sign fell in the restaurant’s parking lot Thursday afternoon, according to WSAZ. Two other people were in the car and were also injured when the sign fell.
• “I’ve never seen anything like this,” Elizabethtown Police Spokesman Chris Denham said, according to the outlet. “It’s certainly very windy out here and I’m certain that did have a factor and was involved in this.”
