In the latest episode of DeSantis vs. Disney, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed legislation that aims to reverse some Walt Disney World development agreements.
The new legislation would nullify those agreements, which were signed by Disney and the now-defunct Reedy Creek Improvement District board before DeSantis replaced the board with his own appointees.
Under the Reedy Creek district, Disney effectively had self-governance powers dating back to the 1960s.
