- Governor Ron DeSantis, not yet announced candidate for 2024, has been scheduled to headline the annual Family Picnic hosted by Rep. Randy Feenstra in Sioux Center, and also speak at the state fundraiser in Cedar Rapids.
- Ahead of speaking at the GOP state fundraiser Saturday evening, Governor Ron DeSantis argued that Republicans much “reject the culture of losing.” He also said to “stay tuned” for a 2024 announcement.
