Driver Arrested, Gave Multiple Names To Police Who Say Incident Looks Intentional

Police said the unmarked bus stop is so close the migrant-homeless shelter that investigators are reviewing surveillance video from the facility.

The driver, who was behind the wheel of a Range Rover, was arrested and charged with reckless driving.

Residents detained the driver until officers arrived.

Police have yet to identified the driver because he has reportedly been uncooperative and has given several different names.
