Federal Judge Denies Legal Challenge To Biden’s Debt Forgiveness Plan

  • The administration said borrowers would have a path to receive up to $10,000 or $20,000 in loan forgiveness.
  • However, The Education Department will no longer allow borrowers with federal student loans owned by private entities to qualify for the relief program.
