Fiona Intensifies, 80% Of Puerto Rico Still Without Power

  • The hurricane on Sunday pounded  Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic with up to 30 inches of rain, resulting in flooding, mudslides and destruction.
  • The storm now has maximum sustained winds of 115 mph.
  • About 80% of Puerto Rico remained without power early Tuesday.
  • However, Puerto Rico Gov. Pedro Pierluisi and power distribution company LUMA Energy reportedly say a big part of the island will have power restored by Wednesday.
