Law enforcement officials confirmed Thursday afternoon that two people were killed and five were injured in a Florida State University shooting that took place earlier in the day.
The two people who were killed were not students at the school, according to Florida State University Police Chief Jason Trumbower. The five injured have been taken to a hospital, along with the suspected shooter.
