• The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Maricopa County, Arizona (the County) violated Gateway Pundit (TGP) and TGP reporter Jordan Conradson’s First Amendment rights by arbitrarily denying them a press pass to participate in press conferences and other press events hosted by the County.
• GP reported that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issued an Order GRANTING TGP’s Emergency Motion for Injunction!
• This Order forces Maricopa County to issue Jordan Conradson a press pass so that he can participate in Maricopa County press conferences like every other journalist.
• The full Appeal is yet to be decided, but this is a HUGE VICTORY that portends very well for the future.
