- 42-year-old David DePape is accused of assaulting Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul in an early morning attack late last week.
- Speaking to KRON4 News, openly gay California State Senator Scott Weiner said “I’ve been aware of him for a long time because he was associated with the public nudity folks in the Castro.”
- Pelosi is expected to make a full recovery from the attack.
