- Sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell drew a blank about Prince Andrew and a teenaged Virginia Guiffre ever spending time together, claiming in an interview a picture of the two together was faked.
- Speaking for the first time since she was sentenced to 20 years for trafficking young girls to be abused by financier Jeffrey Epstein, Maxwell said she has no recollection of the shamed prince and Guiffre ever meeting.
- Despite being in the photograph herself, Maxwell insisted it was doctored.
