GOP To Hold First 2024 Presidential Primary Debate In Milwaukee

The debate will be in August in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to coincide with the Republican National Committee's summer meetings, RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told party members.

  • The RNC panel that handles debates voted Thursday on the matter.
  • McDaniel also said the site of future debates and debate criteria for candidates who want to participate, including fundraising minimums or polling averages, remain to be determined.
