• ATF tells Stephen Gutowski’s The Reload that its controversial gun brace ruling will drop on Tuesday.
• From that point on, the estimated 10 million owners of 40 million guns will have to register, dismantle or destroy the braces.
• ATF promises that while it takes time to process the registration, it won’t knock own doors to arrest owners, but a lot of people aren’t so sure.
