- “Extreme MAGA Republicans don’t want the children of America to learn about the Holocaust,” Jeffries said during a hearing on the Parents Bill of Rights Act.
- The GOP-introduced legislation is intended “to ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.”
- Rather than debate the bill on merit, Jeffries opted to imply that conservatives who want to protect parents’ right to be the primary educator of their children are somehow the bad guys.
