A House hearing descended into chaos on Wednesday after Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL) tried to spin crime in Louisiana against the GOP. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) then pointed out that the crime problem in Louisiana is driven by violence in Democrat-controlled New Orleans.
