  • Hunter Biden, the son of President Biden, has asked a judge to prevent his 4-year-old daughter from using his surname.
  • Hunter Biden is amid a court case to lower child support payments to Roberts, with whom he had a child, Navy Joan Roberts, in 2018.
  • His paternity was established by DNA test after he initially denied having a sexual relationship with Roberts, who last December asked a court to allow their daughter to use the Biden name.
