Idaho Murders Happened Weeks After Nearby Dog Skinned and Filleted

- Investigators continue to search for clues about the killer of four Idaho students after receiving more than 640 tips and conducting 90 interviews.
- It was discovered that just three miles from the murder scene, a couple’s pet dog, Buddy, was found dead after being skinned and filleted weeks prior to the students’ murders. Authorities are not currently linking the two incidents together.
- Investigators were seen combing the wooded area behind the house where the murders took place as police say they still have no promising leads and have not found a murder weapon.
