Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed on X that her department is investigating a now deleted Instagram post where Comey allegedly called for a hit on President Trump’s life.
Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has shared the same disdain for Trump despite her recent efforts to spin working with him. In an Oct. 2020 “Meet the Press” interview, Whitmer displayed a placard with the numbers 8645 in the background of the on-air shot. Trump served as the nation’s 45th president at the time.
