J6 Trial Opens For Protester Who Chilled In Pelosi’s Office

As accused rioter Richard “Bigo” Barnett’s defense attorneys filed a flurry of motions trying to prevent the government from calling certain witnesses and making certain arguments at trial. Barnett faces a raft of charges in connection with Jan. 6, including obstruction of an official proceeding, entering a restricted building with a dangerous weapon, theft of government property and other counts.
