Afederal judge will allow a Missouri man who pleaded guilty to entering the U.S. capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot to move freely from his hometown while on bond, which will also him to attend President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration next month.
The permission was granted Thursday to trespasser Eric Peterson by U.S. District Court for D.C. Judge Tanya Chutkan.
