A judge dismissed a legal effort to block Attorney General Jason Miyares’ grand jury investigation into the Loudoun County School Board.

- After election, Gov. Youngkin ordered Miyares to investigate the district’s handling of two sexual assault cases from 2021
- One of the cases involved a cross-dressing male in the girl’s bathroom
