Judge Rules Biden’s LGBTQ Joint Bathrooms Go Too Far

- A federal judge in Texas ruled that the Biden administration’s policies that allow LGBTQ+ people to use the bathroom of their gender identity went too far.
- A 2021 guidance from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission aimed to protect LGBTQ+ employees from workplace discrimination and allow them to use whatever pronouns and bathroom corresponded with their gender identity, The Daily Caller reported.
- U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled that this guidance went too far and cited that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects the LGBTQ+ community from discriminatory hiring practices.
