- The case was a retrial last month for Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr., each of whom were found guilty of charges including conspiracy to kidnap Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and possession of a weapon of mass destruction.
- Defendants’ lawyers asked Tuesday for a hearing on whether the juror committed misconduct, and for a new trial.
- In court request, a defense team investigator states one of the juror’s coworkers had said he personally knew the juror to be “far-left leaning.”
- Coworker also claimed to have heard that the juror said Fox and Croft were “guilty, no matter what” and would “hang” if the juror was chosen for the jury.
