Kim Tells N. Korea Prepare To Launch Nuclear Attack To Deter War With US-S Korea

  • North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Monday called for his country to be ready to launch nuclear attacks at any time to deter war – as the U.S. and South Korea conduct joint military drills that Kim says have been expanded to involving American nuclear assets.
