• Jennifer Nelson, 35, was charged with attempted murder after she hit the teen with her car at a high in the parking lot of a Manhattan Bagel shop on October 7. When the teenager fell to the ground after being struck, she then ran over him two more times before leaving the scene without reporting the incident.
