- A Louisiana man convicted of raping a girl under the age of 13 will be chemically castrated in addition to serving 35 years in prison, a judge ruled this week.
- Ryan Clark, 34, was sentenced to serve a total of 35 years with the Department of Corrections for the felony charges of Second-Degree Rape when the victim is prevented from resisting due to force or threats, two counts of Molestation of a Juvenile- under 13 and Sexual Battery, according to Twenty-first Judicial District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux.
- Clark also must make no contact with the victims, register as a sex offender for life, forfeit all parental rights to all children, and submit to chemical castration upon release.
