Magnitude 6.0 Earthquake Rattles Southwest Mexico
The quake Sunday morning activated seismic alerts on the coasts of the Mexican state of Guerrero and was felt in Mexico City.

- The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake struck 3 kilometers west-northwest of El Ticui in the state of Guerrero
- The governor of Guerrero reports no structural damage so far.
- Other Mexico states also activated emergency protocols including Oaxaca, Morelos and Puebla.
