• Two California men filed suit last week alleging that DreamFields Brands’ marijuana was not as potent as the company claimed.
• The men accused DreamFields of false advertising, intentional misrepresentation and unjust enrichment, among other charges.
• Their suit contends that DreamFields’ marijuana does not have as much THC, the chemical that gives users a high, as the company claims.
