The Massachusetts Family Institute plans to take legal action on behalf of Liam Morrison, a 12-year-old middle schooler whose free-speech rights were censored by school officials.
Morrison was told by school officials to remove a shirt that read, “There are only two genders.”
On Friday, Morrison was told to remove another shirt, which read, “There are censored genders.” School officials told Morrison that his shirts make others feel “unsafe.”
“I have been told that my shirt was targeting a protected class,” Liam continued in a speech that has gone viral with over ten million views. “Who is this protected class? Are their feelings more important than my rights?”
