- Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said Sunday that 2024 GOP presidential candidates will have to sign a pledge expressing support for the party’s eventual nominee if they want to participate in primary debates.
- McDaniel made the statement on CNN days after announcing the first such debate will be in Milwaukee in August 2023 during the RNC’s annual summer meetings.
