MetroLink service vehicle, operated by Miami-Dade County, caused outrage in the community by displaying a digital message in favor of Cuban dictators Fidel and Raúl Castro, according to a report published by Periodico Cubano.
The illuminated message, which read “Vida Fidel y Raúl,” was recorded by drivers and passersby last weekend at the intersection of 8th Street NW and 49th Street, provoking an immediate reaction among local residents.
The video was quickly spread on social networks, generating confusion and annoyance among netizens and intensifying the controversy around the public service.
