Migrants Using Catholic Charities Addresses To Avoid Deportation

The Department of Homeland Security and Catholic Charities are aware of the practice.
DHS says agents must accept any listed address a migrant provides, according to the Washington Times.
Using such addresses, creates difficulties for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in serving a migrant with an immigration court summons and lessens the likelihood of deportation in the immediate future.
