• Wallace crashed into Larson’s car during lap 94 of the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway after Larson attempted an aggressive move. Wallace then exited his car and confronted Larson by shoving him multiple times.
• The incident was a violation of Sections 4.3.A and 4.4.C and E of the NASCAR Member Code of Conduct, with rule 4.4.C stating “intentionally wrecking or spinning another vehicle” as an action that could invoke a penalty, per NASCAR.
