• New York City Police arrested Manuel Pagan for having approximately 20,000 fentanyl pills in his possession.
• Pagan possessed multi-colored pills which law enforcement warns are targeted toward younger people.
• Pagan faces two felony counts and though the prosecution requested that bail be set at $100,000 cash, or $250,000 bond, Manhattan Judge James Clyne released Pagan without bail.
