With the 2024 primary season inching closer, former President Donald Trump is turning on the heat. He has set up another trip to Iowa and more polls show that he’s cementing his lead. But still, former Vice President Mike Pence is dissing his former boss and suggesting voters want somebody else. Polls show one thing, though. That someone else isn’t Pence.

A new survey shows a third of the country likes Marjorie Taylor Greene’s idea of a political divorce between red and blue states. That includes about half of Republicans.

President Biden Wednesday said again that he plans to ban the country’s most popular firearm, the modern sporting rifle which he dubs an assault weapon. It’s unclear how, though, since Congress won’t go along.

And Hollywood is still talking about Will Smith’s Oscar slap at Chris Rock. Asked if it hurt, Rock said, ‘Hell yeah it hurt.’
